CNH, a leading global manufacturer of agricultural and construction equipment with approximately 11,500 dealers in approximately 170 countries, had net sales of $19.4 billion in 2012. Of total net revenues, agricultural equipment sales represented 76 percent, construction equipment about 18 percent and financial services about 6 percent.

In that same period, 44 percent of the net sales of equipment were generated in North America, 31 percent in EMEA and CIS, 15 percent in Latin America and 10 percent in APAC. Globally, CNH has approximately 33,800 employees, and it operates 37 manufacturing facilities and 28 research and development centers.

Manufacturing locations are found in Austria: St. Valentin (tractors); Belgium: Antwerp (components) and Zedelgem (combines, forage harvesters, large rectangular balers); Germany: Berlin (graders); Italy: Jesi (tractors), Lecce (dozers, tractor loader backhoes, telehandlers, wheel loaders), Modena (components), and San Mauro (crawler excavators and wheeled excavators); France: Coex (grape harvesters), Croix (cabs), and Tracy-Le-Mont (hydraulic cylinders); Poland: Plock (combines, round balers, components); Russia: Naberezhnye Chelny (tractors, combines);Turkey: Ankara (tractors); the United Kingdom: Basildon (tractors); and Uzbekistan: Tashkent (tractors, planters).
