CNH Industrial has been recognized, once again, as one of the best companies to work for in Brazil. The company was again awarded the Great Place to Work (GTPW) seal, conferred by a major survey company which is a global authority on organizational culture. This achievement demonstrates the positive perceptions of personnel in their daily work regarding management, sense of belonging, remuneration, benefits and career growth, among other aspects. A recognition that reflects the opinion of its employees in their daily work, in the plants and offices spread across the states of Paraná, São Paulo and Minas Gerais. In addition to an extensive field team, which works side by side with customers and dealers across the country.
