CNH, a leading global manufacturer of agricultural and construction equipment with approximately  11,300 dealers in approximately 170 countries, had net sales of $15.6 billion in 2010. Of total net revenues, agricultural equipment sales represented 73 percent, construction equipment about 18 percent and financial services about 9 percent.

About 44 percent of CNH’s net sales of agricultural equipment and 28 percent of construction equipment were generated from sales in North America in 2010. Globally, CNH has approximately 30,000 employees and operates 40 manufacturing facilities and 29 research and development centers. Manufacturing locations in the United States include Benson, MN (sprayers, floaters, packagers, cotton pickers); Burlington, IA (tractor loader backhoes, tractor loaders, forklifts); Calhoun, GA (crawler excavators, dozers); Fargo, ND (tractors, wheel loaders); Goodfield, IL (soil management (tillage) equipment); Grand Island, NE (combines, windrowers); New Holland, PA (hay and forage equipment); Racine, WI (tractor assembly, transmissions); Wichita, KS (skid steer loaders, track loaders); and in Canada: Saskatoon, SK (planting, seeding equipment, components); and Mexico: Queretaro (tractors, components); Guanajuato (tractors).
